DVEM provides a subscription-based messaging service. Features may change over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to use the service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service operation, or violating applicable laws.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. Payments may be processed by Paddle as merchant of record.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required by law.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DVEM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
